Two routes, and it matters which one you need. ISO Provider is the certification arm of The Global Standard (TGS), an independent certification body. TGS is not accredited by the International Accreditation Forum or by any national accreditation body. Our own certificates are issued on our own authority, backed by a genuine documented audit and a unique number anyone can verify with us. If you need IAF-accredited certification, we arrange that too. Some government tenders, regulated industries and multinational supply chains specifically require it. In that case we route you through one of our partner certification bodies that hold IAF accreditation — the audit is theirs, the certificate is issued by them rather than by us, and the cost is higher. It is quoted case by case.

No. Most of our clients start from nothing. The gap analysis tells us what you already do informally, and your consultant then documents it properly and fills in what's missing. You don't need prior ISO knowledge or a dedicated quality manager.
ISO 9001:2015 is the current published standard and any certificate issued to it now remains valid through the transition period, which runs to September 2029. There is no reason to delay certifying. When the revision publishes we'll contact you with a transition plan, and for clients certified through us the gap review is free.
ISO certificates run for three years with a surveillance audit in years two and three. These are lighter and cheaper than the initial certification, and we quote them upfront so you can budget for the full three-year cycle before you commit to anything.
